Jumping out of the gates!

So I started actually playing and after a few hours I got my first shelter up and running, and Lucky me! My house  happens to be next to a natural cave chain, Filled with Coal, and Iron! So in just a few minutes time I got a nicely lit house and Steel Armor and Tools (Though I won't be using them just yet, whats the rush.)

I decided since I am going to be circo-Navigating the world That it's important that I land mark everywhere I go, #1 not to get lost and #2 Well... not get lost! This landmarking idea led to something I have not yet done in the game before, Making a Mine Shaft to my mines.. Now I wouldn't say that covering up the lipped openings of a natural cave with cobblestone as a "Mine shaft" per say, But heck it makes me feel important.

This idea though has actual merit for instance no more taking fall damage next to the open gaps where the natural caves are and also it shows up better on the tiny map pictures I'll be showing through out my journey, since most the stuff I'll be doing shall be underground, All though If I find something very impressive I have the means of letting everyone see whats going on below surface as well.

Another thing the natural cave I found, as of how much I've explored thus far seems to have five openings interweaving across a small mountain chain , Which I think I'll have in the workings as to some day become a small transport hub.

Let me just give a huge thanks before I go, to ZomBuster creator of Cartograph, a Tool that with out it most of what I am doing wouldn't be possible, thanks dude, For being Awesome!

I can see my house from here! lolz!
